Setup time varies with the design’s size; larger installations take longer to build. When you book, we’ll give you an exact setup window so you can plan your event timeline around it.
How long do balloons last?
It depends on the environment. Indoors in a climate-controlled space away from direct sunlight, balloon garlands and arches typically last a few weeks. Outdoor installs are more temperamental – direct sun and Iowa heat break down latex much faster, and helium designs have a shorter life than air-filled ones.
How much does balloon décor cost?
Pricing depends on the style, size, and complexity of the design. Classic arches start at $300, and organic garlands are priced at $20 per linear foot, plus delivery and any strike fees. Request a free quote for an exact figure.
What’s the difference between an arch and a garland?
An arch is freestanding, built on a frame with base plates and poles, so it includes a delivery fee and a strike fee for us to collect the structure afterward. A garland has no framework – it attaches directly to your venue (a wall, table, doorway, or backdrop) and doesn’t require a structure pickup, so you can skip the strike …
What is an organic balloon garland?
“Organic” is the bubbly, whimsical style you see everywhere right now – balloons in mixed sizes clustered together rather than a uniform pattern. Organic designs can be free-flowing garlands attached to your venue or built on a freestanding frame.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. $100 is due at time of booking with the remaining balance due prior to the event.
