An arch is freestanding, built on a frame with base plates and poles, so it includes a delivery fee and a strike fee for us to collect the structure afterward. A garland has no framework – it attaches directly to your venue (a wall, table, doorway, or backdrop) and doesn’t require a structure pickup, so you can skip the strike fee by handling cleanup yourself.
